A
good crowd of over 150 people gathered last
Saturday 12 May at the Canggu Club to assist at
the final act of the first Bali Social Football
League, the first competition in Bali for social
footballers.
The
home team, the Canggu Utd won the final for the
first place, finishing the league unbeaten and
winning all but one game during the competition.
Philiipe N'Dioro won the top goal scorer trophy,
scoring over 45 goals, Andre Karlstaedt won the
award of the best goalie and Michael Giuliana
the "Silver Ball" for the best player of the
league. Team Japan won the fair play trophy.
A
special award was given by the Committee to
Stefano for being the best "poet" of the league,
bringing down the tones during the hardest times
among the organizers.
The
evening ended with a nice BBQ and few beers in a
friendly environment, with the winners talking
about their achievements and the others thinking
about how to beat them in the competitions to
come.
See
you soon with new competitions and new games!
If
anyone is interested in joining any of the team,
contact us and we will put in
touch with them!
